Tourism Cultural in Barcelona: Picasso Museum
The Picasso Museum is a clear example of the links between this universal artist and the city of Barcelona. Here, not only did he receive a sound academic training, but the artistic effervescence that he experienced in the city was the force that opened up his path towards modernity.
Inaugurated in 1963, the museum has the largest, most exhaustive collection of works by Pablo Picasso as a young man, during his training, and it also hosts temporary exhibitions by other artists.
