If there is something clear in the world, is that the language of the gastronomy is the French. Its kitchen is the national pride of the French, and by itself it justifies a visit. Their delicious plates can be found in all type of places: from the small taverns to the restaurants of chefs recognized internationally like Bocouse, Ducasse or Troisgros.
The fame of the good one for eating French is to a great extent responsibility of the variety of its regional kitchen. As much in the coast the northwest as in the Mediterranean one we found fish of quality, as well as prolific of seafood, ostras and mejillones, specially in the zone of Aquitania, Charente, Normandía and Britain. The French rivers also offer good fish, whereas in valleys and hills we found the "orchard French", its cattle variety and milky products, specially his more than 400 varieties of cheeses. Most famous they are Brie, Roquefort, Camembert and those of goat.
The glasses always are full in France. In spite of the recognized espirituosas drink fame like armagnac, cointreau, the cider or the calvados ones, the king par excellence is the wine. The French are authentic lovers of good wines, and its country is seeded from corner to corner of vineyards. The great producing regions are Burgundy, Bordeaux and Champagne, although also we found good wines in the valley of the Loira and of the Rhone and in It wins.
