The Kingdom of Sweden or Sweden, is a country of Europe that comprises of European Unio'n (UE). It is located in the north of Europe, in the Eastern part of the Scandinavian peninsula. It limits the north with Norway and Finland, the east with Finland and the gulf of Botnia, the south with the Baltic Sea and the west with the sea of Norte and Norway. Sweden enjoys a climate tempered in spite of its northern latitude mainly, had mainly to the Current of the Gulf. To the south of Sweden the leafy trees abound and towards the north they dominate to the landscape the coniferous forests, ferns and birches. In mountains to the north of Sweden a sub-Arctic climate predominates. In the portion of the country located on the north of the Arctic circle the sun never is put during the summer and during the winter the night does not have aim. The southern part of the country is mainly agriculturist, with forests covering an increasing percentage with earth towards the north. The density of population is also greater in southern Sweden, with centers in the valley of the lake Mälaren and the region of Öresund. Gotland and Öland are the greater islands of Sweden. Vänern and Vättern are the greater lakes. Sweden has one of the greater life expectancies, as well as one of the smaller rates of natality of the world. The thousands country lodges at least to 17 lapones indigenous and 50 thousand Finns of origin, who constitute the two main ethnic minorities. Sweden, a nation of emigration after World War I, gradually became a nation of immigration from World War II. 12% of their population have almost been born in the outside and almost one fifth part is or immigrants or children of these. The greater groups of immigrants come from Finland, the ex- Yugoslavia, Iran, Norway, Denmark and Poland.
