Cordoba is a province of the south of Spain, in the part north-power station of the independent community of Andalusia. It limits with the provinces of Malaga, of Seville, of Badajoz, Real City, Jaén, and Granada. Its capital is Cordova. Its area is 13,769 km². Its population is of 784,376 inhabitants (2005), on who more of 40% it lives in the capital, and its 57.16 demographic density is of hab/km². The climate is Mediterranean continentalizado with temperatures that in the capital oscillate between 9,2º of January and 27,2º of July and August with principles that sometimes surpass 40º (46,6º the 23 of 1995 July, 46,2º the 1 of August of 2003). The precipitations in the capital are of 536 mm to the year concentrating itself of October to April.
