Maguncia capital; Area 19,847, 39 km ²; Inhabitants 4.059.000; Density 204.5 hab/km ²

Created in 1946 between Frankfurt and the borders with France, Belgium and Luxembourg, this state German is, in fact, agglomerate of pieces of other provinces and regions. Renania-Palatinado is bathed by the rivers Rin and Mosela. It has cities of interest like Maguncia, Kaiserslautern, Tréveris or Coblenza.
Here is also one of the most beautiful landscapes of the country: the valley of the Rin, between the localities of Bingen and Bonn, with its castles and vineyards. This region is the one of upper exporting index of all Germany thanks to the demand of its products, specially its famous wines - here two thirds of the total of the wine are elaborated German, the ceramics, the leather and the glass.
